Very useful and reliable solution, especially suitable during early stages
It's easy to use for anyone who is familiar with Google Analytics or other analytics tools out there in market like GA360 etc., but also very intuitive if new users are trying it first time as well! I have been using this tool since 2016 now when we started our eCommerce business from scratch (we were selling mainly fashion accessories) so far everything has worked just fine without any issues at all! The only thing which could be improved would probably be some of their addons/plugins being free instead paid ones. We've used them together with MailChimp too where they helped us create custom segments within each mailing list created by mailchimps itself.

- I would also like to have some of their other analytics tools like ProfitMetrics for Google
