Overall pretty positive experience - even though there may still some room
The ability to set up multiple shifts for my clients at different times of day, allowing me flexibility in scheduling is great! I can also schedule holidays or other events outside regular business hours which helps with overall efficiency.
It's kind of pricey if you're not already using an HR system like Paychex or ADP but it does have its benefits. You are able to see what your employees look forward to most as far as their workweek goes so that you know when they would be more likely to show up late (or early) than others.
Pros
- Seeing how long each shift takes allows us time management from our end while maintaining employee satisfaction without having them clock out sooner then expected.It has been very helpful since we do many night games/events during weekdays & weekends due ti traffic patterns within SF Bay Area area where everyone comes into San Francisco around 10 11PM depending upon location
