The ability to have all of your employees' information in one place, from where you can keep track with who's working when! It also allows for easy access during our off hours or even while we're away at conferences/training sessions that are out-of state etc...

I'm not sure if it was intentional but there really isn't much "social" interaction within this platform which may be fine by some users? However my office likes being able reach each other easily via text as well so having Facebook integration would probably help us connect more often than just through email alone - though i haven;t had issues using them separately either :) Great customer service &amp value too!! If anyone has any questions about their product they will respond quickly once notified (though sometimes after multiple emails) otherwise great support team! We've been extremely happy thus far since switching over last winter quarter into YNS7. So many aspects benefit such.
