It is easy to use and it's free! I have been able to add all of our employees in one place instead of using different applications and spreadsheets. Some things can get confusing but there are some great tutorials out there to help with that process too. The ability to send out messages via text or email is great! We also use their mobile app which makes scheduling easier than ever before. Their customer support team has been fantastic at solving any problems we may have had so far!! Really love how friendly they are as people too. I like that it's very simple to use with all of my employees being able to access their information from any device they're using! The only thing is sometimes when you send an email out there can be some lag time before your employee receives them which isn't always good since we have so many people in our office who need updates every day or even multiple times daily!! I like that it's easy to set up a calendar with reminders, as well as have recurring events. It also helps me keep track of who is attending meetings/conferences in real time (as opposed to having to wait until after they've left).
