The ease with which one can create different types of shifts/schedules for all your employees is amazing! Everything from creating shift schedules (ie- how many days off we have) up through making changes once an employee has accepted them without any hassle or confusion at all!! I like it because we can plan a lot in advance about our work plans and have a sense of security that these are what actually happen! We get things organized beforehand but sometimes there is room for improvement. The customer support was fantastic! They were very helpful when we had some issues but it wasn't as smooth as promised. The simplicity of using this platform is amazing! You can easily set up your team plans for each day and then it just organizes everything you need into one place.
