The most helpful aspect of this software has been that it allows me, as manager, or supervisor, to see my schedule in real time so I can make sure everyone gets where they need too be and when they should arrive/leave each day! This feature alone makes shift work much easier than having no visibility into what's going on at all times (no email). The user interface of shift work was very easy, it helped me organize my shifts in such ways that I could easily manage them without any hassle at all! It also has great features like assigning multiple tasks simultaneously which made things easier than ever before!! Also there are no complaints about this software as far i know so its perfect :). The best part of being able to create our own shifts, set up when we would like them! It also allows us as employees so much flexibility in how many hours or minutes per day I am scheduled if needed during these "off days". It has all of the features you need plus it's easy enough for your employees too, if they have a smartphone. I highly recommend this software. we were able to schedule shifts and easily see how many hours are left in each shift. We didn't like that there was no option to add holidays or extra days off into our employee accounts so we would have to do that separately via email. The ability to create shifts and assign them to employees. The scheduling has been very easy and quick to use. I have no complaints, but if you do then let us know! We are able to assign specific timeframes or shift patterns to our employees without having to keep track of hours and pay. We had to hire a new employee just to help us get setup.
