Ideal for original OEM devices. Installed on a 2003 Honda CR-V EX. Reset knock sensor code P0325. It took about 10 days, both on the highway and in local traffic. The code was not returned. Significantly cheaper than OEM parts.

Do not buy. Cheap junk that died right outside the return window.

Don't buy this, it doesn't work at all. I think he worked for a few weeks and then died. It was also completely rusted when I had to replace it, and weighs about 1/3 the weight of the original part, meaning it's made out of cheap non-rusting metal. And on top of that, it's not much cheaper than a genuine Honda part. Just do yourself a favor and spend the extra $30 on a genuine part. This crap died just before the return window so I'm stuck with it now.

Pros
  • Country of Origin: China
Cons
  • Periodicity

I'm not a mechanic by trade, but it took me 20 minutes to get to this knock sensor. Removing the old part: Remove the intake pipe, unscrew the 4 screws holding the throttle body. Disconnect all vacuum lines and fittings near the intake manifold. Remove the upper radiator bracket bolts (4 bolts) and the radiator bracket (2 bolts), then slide the bracket forward…
