This dress was just what I needed for our impromptu maternity shoot! I am about 145-150 pre-pregnancy, dress size 8-10, and now weigh about 175-180 at 32 weeks. The medium fit perfect, with room to grow! Dress is long and does drag on the ground, so hubby had to carry me through the mud so dress didn't get dirty. This cup was smaller than I was anticipating, however it is really a great size for a baby first starting to drink from a cup. When I think of something being silicone, I imagine it being floppy and when the child grabs the cup it may collapse in his hands. This cup is soft, yet very firm. The top of the shoes rub the top of my feet so bad It hurts. Even if I take the inserts out it does not help. And I even ordered a size up just to be safe. It just didn't work for me, the fit was awkward. The straps and fabric are very thin and has lots of stretch to it. However the white was pretty transparent so, keep that in mind.
