I loved the fit and the comfort of my walking boot, but less than 7 days after receiving it, one of the strap clips that attach to the boot broke off and Neenca only lists an email to contact them regarding their products. I am 5'7" and 138-lbs. and the medium fit me very well except (as others have mentioned) the elasticized waist is a little tight, but not so that it is uncomfortable - you get used to it quickly.
