Crypto Space Commander (CSC) is a space sandbox MMO that operates in a fully real-time, player-controlled economy. Players can travel through different star systems, extract bodies of stars to find resources, craft items and ships for sale, fight pirates and other players while commanding their own starship! CSC is the first blockchain-based space exploration game built in Unity3D. CSC uses the Ethereum blockchain to secure game resources, apply contractual P2P actions and manage the game economy.
Pros
- CSC uses Ethereum as its primary in-game currency. In addition, most items in the Crypto Space Commander economy are either ERC-721 or ERC-20 tokens.
- Gameplay revolves around mining asteroids or planets for resources, transporting these resources, and crafting useful objects to earn an income and increase one’s wealth.
- Ships have three stats: defense, offense, and engine. Power can be distributed amongst these stats in any way the player chooses.
- The interface is very clear, we find all the elements necessary to know the condition of his ship.
Cons
- The starter pack costs $ 10. To have enough equipment to perform basic missions. You can always buy a more expensive one to get better equipment.
- To face more powerful enemies or transport more equipment, you will need more powerful ships, friends, or be patient and take advantage of the return to the same place often to eliminate the enemies one by one.
