Bitrue should improve their customer service

Bitrue is one of the exchanges in Singapore. It also has headquarters in Taiwan and offices in US and Europe. It was founded in 2018.

The exchange has enjoyed a good liquidity even during the pandemic. It was rated 64 recently. This is encouraging considering the fact that it is still new in the business.

It supports up to 43 cryptocurrencies including all the big ones and some altcoins. The Exchange offers spot trading and many other opportunities like interest earn program, Refferals, crypto loan services and staking. All of these can grant users passive income.

The user interface is easy to use and there is app for mobile users. So trading on the go is supported.

For deposit, it accepts bank wire transfer, cryptocurrency and credit card. It is encouraging to know that it accepts flat Currencies too mainly EUR and USD for now. In the future more are likely to be included. A fair, flat deposit fee is charged between takers and makers and withdrawal fee is just 0.005 BTC.

In terms of security, it uses two factor authentication, email verification and the rest. No wonder there is no case of hacking yet.

However there are lots of negative report from the users that left a lot to be worried about. Some have called it 'scam' while others were more specific about their issues with them. For instance, there are complains about locking users account after first deposit. Some also asserted that there customer service is zero.

It is advised that all users should do further research and be convinced before doing business with them.
