My experience with Coinone.

Launched in 2014 and presently one of the largest exchange platforms in Asia. Coinone though started trading with bitcoin it expanded gradually to trade more than just bitcoin but not still up to 50 cryptocurrencies. Honestly, trading on Coinone was a tasking experience even though it had its good sides. Coinone has its watchword: Prudency, Accuracy, And most importantly of all, Security. It put the watchword into great action and has become an exchange that has not been been hacked before since its launch. With Coinone, I could easily deposit wth cryptoucrrencies(which in my case was ethereum) and wired transfers but not debit or credit cards. While signing-up as a trader, they enquired of my KYC documents ( my ID card), this whole process took up to 10 hours( this is discouraging for any new trader). It is believed that it can be trusted because of the experiences it gained since its launch. The Interface is quite okay, only that most of the content is still written in Korean and not fully translated hence it's only convenient for local traders. It allows for margin trading. It claims to be open to customers' complaint 24/7, this is false! It is only open during little parts of the day. This Company should work on expansion to international exchange levels and trying to include more coins to its list of supported coins

  • It is locally based and not an international exchange
  • Credit and debit cards are not supported here
  • The translation is not 100% efficient
  • There is a problem on navigation the company should work on
  • The response of support team is not up to expectations
  • Registration takes quite a while, up to several hours
