Review on Game Ark by Stephen Toluwani

Revainrating 2 out of 5

With an inflated volume, GARK appears legit but it's apparently not so

The Gaming Ark project is another one of the various crypto projects that focuses on the gaming Industry and it establishes on the Ethereum Network. The project was very short-lived to say the least. It couldn't stand the test of time and has long went offline keeping the number of users it has this far amassed at Bay. Due to the inactivity of the project usefulness, many people have come out to complain of losses made by trading or holding the token. Currently, it's website is shut down, it has not been active on its Twitter handle for a long time now and indicates all form of project abandonment.
Initially when I saw the token of the Gaming Ark project, GARK, I could see it had a little value and even a trading volume which kind of made me wonder as the token is tagged as an untracked listing on CoinMarketCap and neither does CoinGecko have the token listed for activities. I then proceeded to check the smart contract address on etherscan and saw a diluted market capitalisation of over $120 million. I quickly went ahead to check the exchange on which GARK is listed on which is Bibox and I could see that there was no trading volume for the token. With this in mind, I think it's being fed some kind of data to make the project still appears active and with that precaution in mind taking from the research I made to ascertain if the GARK token is still in the business of exchanging hands, it's best we do not interact with the project or it's token

Pros
  • There is nothing positive to say of the project
Cons
  • The website hosting the project doesn't go through anymore to access the services of he project creation
  • There is no trading activity of the coin on Bibox and it runs the risk of being delisted
  • The social media profile for the project on Twitter last had it's tweets in over a year now which is a strong proof of abandonment
