Golem is still in developmental stage
GNT is a cryptocurrency project that will help to eliminate waste of computing resources.
Golem is a peer to peer decentralized marketplace for buying and selling computing power. Before now other companies like Amazon, Google and Microsoft have been offering computing power for rentage with price attached. Golem become the first project to implement blockchain technology to offer the same services. In which case infrastructure can be rented as a service.
To achieve this, computing infrastructure/resources will be brought into golem ecosystem and allow them to be shared whereby the requestor will pay the provider in Golem coin GNT.
Considering the fact that there are many computer operations that are power demanding such as scientific simulation, graphic rendering, animation etc, Golem is really a welcome project. Even though the project has only succeeded in releasing a few solutions like Brass Golem, GWASM and Golem unlimited, I believe the project will thrive.
It is good to mention that the ICO has been launched and their token GNT is available on most popular exchanges.
