Invoices are now being listed and bought on the platform providing liquidity to SME's and profit to invoice purchasers. It is exciting to see a blockchain project really starting to deliver. You can see the total number of invoices bought on a supporters website at soldonhive-com It is going to be hard work and a slow burner but it is really possible to see Hive delivering in the long term.
Pros
- Hive Terminal is making relevant and practical use of blockchain technology. It has a clear market use case and is now starting to show real progress. It has businesses using it in the real world and customers on the other side benefiting from it.
Cons
- There have been some unfilled promises and missed deadlines but I guess this is par for the course. The team also struggled to get the communication right with the community but that has got better over time. The code base is not publically available but that has been a business decision made by the management.
