What seems to be a common concern popping up on various forums and threads on social media. It has little to do with strengthening the network through staking/masternodes. While there is certainly an argument in favor of it now, it is still a great quick way to transfer wealth which is nothing to ridicule.
Through a decentralized exchange and various applications such as dapps built on this platform in the future, there are plenty of additional usage cases. I understand the concern, but I believe it won’t be a legitimate concern for long.
Pros
- It provides a highly secure interchangeable economy for cryptocurrencies.
- It uses enhanced security algorithms, supports power networks and has cross-chain capabilities.
- It has been able to interact with other blockchains, opening up unlimited opportunities.
Cons
- They are going to implement some very big changes / additions to the platform over the next few months and will not be surprised to see delays or hiccups along the way.
