They launched an IPO in August of 2017. Two paragraphs later they declare they are the FIRST cryptocurrency platform built for the long haul. My head hurts thinking about how bad my head is going to hurt reading this whitepaper in its entirety, just to make sure I give them a fair shake. But it looks like METOOFINTEC #546465544, not fully developed, and not especially great in the execution thus far.

Pros

Chinese FinTec for the sake of it, wrapped up in an Asset Management coat.

Cons

The JOIN XPA link leads you to a TideBit page that refers you to Alan Buffett, the worlds most successful investor. The one from Bronkshure Hardaway... Not a good translation. Not the biggest nit to pick in the world but if you don't know Chow Yun Fat from Yao Ming, you would look dumb in China on your website too. THIS IS PEGGED TO FIAT. RUN AWAY FROM THIS INFLATIONARY PROJECT.
