Access Oracle that brings data to smart contracts.

It aims to change the driving force in a variety of global industries, including disruption, finance, insurance, real estate and shipping. There is a lot to be excited about when you take the time to research it. Not only is the platform moving at a great pace, it is a micro-cap project compared to other projects in space.

While this gives competitors a separate solution, it technically prevents these competitors from creating their own marketplaces where developers / users can provide data feeds for a fee. It provides a solution that bridges the gap between real-world data and Oracle, but like any niche, there will be competition in the future.

Pros
  • The marketplace provides insurers with an opportunity to provide self-insurance, enabling customers to pay automatically.
  • It can be used to track shipments, inventory, and indeed any economic activity identified by a process.
  • In order to enable dapps and smart contracts to enable the variants described in the ether whitepaper, there must be a mechanism to make off-chain information usable by smart contracts. This is the solution of the marketplace.
Cons
  • Like the competitors in the space it’s the new kid on the block, but that’s not a bad thing. Oracle / Smart Contract space is a bit different but offers the same important solutions.
