I will NEVER use this bag. There is absolutely no room for manoeuvre, he has zero "concessions". Structured design is one thing, the sides of the bag are like plywood. It requires every item to be flat inside. Even with the iPhone cases and sunglasses removed, the pockets are too small and in the wrong place to use. My hand scratches trying to get into the bag through the sharp zippers. Even with the "expandable" zipper open, essentials won't fit inside. Glasses, keys, an aspirin bottle - I can squeeze them in, but I can't get them out. It should come with pliers. Worse, the contents cause the skin to flex severely along the crotch and in front. The Radley commercial features a model taking many things out of her bag. But the video doesn't show the bag AFTER the items are inside. In my photos it is lumpy on top and puckered on the side after boxing the few items shown. Epic failure.
