Tools and equipment tend to be overpriced when it comes to strength equipment. Bent steel tubing with wheels and a couple of brackets doesn't have to be expensive. This is by no means a feat of engineering, so they can be cheaper. At the same time, they offer excellent value for money when you look at competing products. The key is to have enough leverage to lift the bike off the ground and support it securely. They fully meet these requirements, nothing more and nothing less. If you're looking for front and rear kickstands, these should fit right out of the box. and easy to use. My only complaint is that the plastic feet that the handlebars rest on to support the bike wear out over time. Any time you lift the front of your bike, you must lift the back first. Raising the front end will move the rear stand forward a little when the bike and front stand are in position. Riding your bike on sidewalks or a rough cement surface will wear out those feet much faster than if you had a small set of wheels in their place. Would I buy it again if needed? Probably. If I did I could add my own 2 inch hard rubber wheels instead of the plastic feet.
