I couldn't find Baggies in any of my local stores. Everything was in packages like "ziploc". I use a zipper, but I also like to use "pouches" when I need a tight fit. I can put something like a pound of ground beef in this bag, roll it up very tight, and secure it with a twister. If I want to freeze it, I put it in a ziplock bag. It really helps prevent frost burns. I use them to add flour when I want to coat the chicken. They are simply more flexible than Ziploc bags and cheaper.
