This heating pad looked like my old one but it certainly didn't work as well. This pad broke and crumpled within 2 weeks of use and now I have to try and smooth it out every time I want to plug it in. At first the cover material seemed good, but now it's also deteriorating. The controller offers a green, yellow and red setting. Green is pretty cool, but yellow and red get so hot I'm worried the heating pad will burn my skin or even set my bed on fire. I use heating pads almost every day and unfortunately cannot recommend this product. I'll end up throwing this product away and ordering Sunbeam (which I probably should have done in the beginning). Edit: I wanted to add an update to my comments. Proaller, the seller, kindly contacted me and offered me a full refund for what they said was a faulty product. I think this company went out of their way to contact me and give me a refund as I have been using this product for about a month now. I didn't have the original packaging for the return with me, I probably would have just written it off. However, I must say that I am very impressed that this company is following Revain's comments and working hard to keep customers happy. I give them 5 stars for their service! I am upgrading my 2 star rating to a 3 star based on their service. My heating pad stopped working entirely yesterday, but Proaller did the right thing by proactively getting my money back.
