Foam filler counts! The perfect pillow for the floor!
Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this pillow is and how I don't fall to the floor when I sit on it. Although I would say put the pillowcase on before it is fully fluffy as it will get VERY fluffy and a bit hard which can make the pillowcase difficult to put on. But worth EVERY penny, highly recommend for anyone looking for a floor pillow!
