I'm in the military and we have shooting range week. I took them with me because I knew I wouldn't have time to keep changing pads. Everything went well the first day, I felt it, but it wasn't like a pad, I didn't feel anything and I felt good. But after a while I felt like I was wearing a pad, I don't have heavy bleeding, I have average bleeding, I could only wear 2 regular pads a day and everything was fine. It held onto most of it, but it started seeping into my uniform. I was in my panties for 11 hours so it doesn't matter that it only started leaking after I left. I should have gotten more but if you walk around with it you'll be fine. They did well and I recommend it
