Review on πŸ”₯ Wemore Heated Blanket Throw for Office and Home - Soft Minky Electric Blanket with Fuzzy Sherpa - ETL Certified - 6 Heating Levels & 8 Timer Settings - Keeping Shoulders, Laps, and Knees Warm - 50"Γ—60" - Navy by Rob Bradford

The maximum setting is only 110 degrees. Soft, pleasant to the touch material, but does not emit much heat.

So I had high hopes for this cozy looking blanket. Super soft navy blue minky material just begs to be comfy! I don't really care about the Sherpa side. He wasn't as soft as he seemed. A little rough and a little catchy on dry skin. but ok But obviously I got this blanket for the HEAT. Our bedrooms get very cold in the winter and I wanted children in particular to have a safer option than space heaters for extra warmth. The first thing that struck me is how much material on the edges has NO wires running through them. First of all, the double blanket is small, so the wires only cover the middle of the blanket. So you only feel warm when you are completely in the middle of the fabric. The booklet states that the ceiling heats up to 150 degrees; However, the online product description has been updated to reflect that the blanket only really works up to 110 degrees. That's a big difference. and 110 degrees just isn't very warm. And for this ceiling, the controller is in an awkward position. You shouldn't mix up the wires, but the direction of the controller made me use it upside down. And the cord was long enough not to twist or kink the wires when trying to install the controls. Overall I am disappointed with this blanket. It just doesn't provide enough warmth to drive away the real cold. I wouldn't buy any other.
