The soft tips of the brushes allow for good cleaning and protect the reservoirs of the CPAP humidifier.
I use it to clean the humidifier tank on my ResMed S 10 BiPAP device. Required to access all inside corners and curves of the inside door and tank bottom. Good for these tanks. I am very happy with the set as the soft tips are well attached and also do not have any jagged or hard surfaces protruding from the material (fibers) that can scratch the plastic and metal of the tank.
