Ordered blue shorts with long sleeves, they cut off the sleeves, so I'm sending them back. I have a pink tie that is exactly the same but a different color and it has a small stiff ruffle at the end of the sleeve, something like 1/3 is appropriate for a birthday but no so unexpected. still cute but i need my moneys worth π
