Works perfectly. good for power converters

I moved from Thailand and had an expensive mixer. I bake bagels and bread myself. There are no bagels in Thailand, hehe. Brought to the States needed a transformer. No problems for 3 years of operation.

Perfect size and price

Works very well no complaints. If you need a cheap converter, then this is the one. Just make sure you know the wattage of what you're trying to power. Too much and you won't be satisfied.

Works great but only lasted a year

Used in the Philippines on 110 volt products, works great but only lasted a year, no problems so far. Would recommend for people traveling abroad who need a 110v step down transformer. Run all my saws (one at a time) and it works great. Use it to charge all of my power tool batteries and weed batteries.

Works great and easy to set up

Use it to power an imported 5.1 sound system in the US that only runs on 230v. A warning to anyone planning the same or similar. As far as I know, this transformer only converts voltage, NOT the corresponding wavelength (Hz). The standard wavelength that corresponds to 200-240V is 50Hz used in many European countries and 60Hz at 120V used in the USA. The electronics may or may not handle the Hz difference. A very heavy transformer generates too much heat, especially in an enclosure built-in stereo! Bad ground rumble too!

Purchased to power a Denon EU stereo receiver (large, powerful, high quality stereo receiver) in the US. Input power outlet. I had to purchase a power cord adapter to plug the input side into a standard US outlet. Second, this transformer generates a lot of heat. You can't leave it on or forget to turn it off and go for the weekend! If you leave it in a closed cabinet, the heat generated will cook all of your components in the cabinet. Very dangerous.
