These towels look very nice but are completely ineffective. They don't dry anything. I keep washing them hoping they have some sort of finish I can wash off. But so far it doesn't work.

Overall a good product and a good everyday towel. I was hoping they would be a little easier to bake, but it's still a good towel. Please note that they will shrink by approximately 10-15% as they dry.

So Beautiful! I usually use drawer and barrel kitchen towels because they wash well and only get better with time. But I decided to try these because the price seemed good to me, well I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent towels, wash well, do not wrinkle, bend like new.

I bought these towels because I used them at my grandma's when I was a kid. Definitely nostalgia. They don't absorb moisture very well, but I knew they would. They're more like the towels you use when you fix your car, but I use them in my kitchen because my grandmother had them. They are very cute for this rustic kitchen style.

These towels are very pretty and would look lovely in my kitchen BUT they are suitable for drying flat or lying flat. I don't read that in the description and I'm very disappointed. I thought I might as well just throw them in the dryer (knowing they would shrink a bit as they are 100% cotton). Now I think they will probably fall apart in the dryer. I will most likely return them.

Although they are very pretty and good for the kitchen, they are not very absorbent. They appear to be covered or submerged in a substance that dries in the fiber and prevents them from getting wet in the water. I have washed them several times and after about the 5th or 6th wash this stuff seems to go away and they are nice, soft and absorbent. I wouldn't buy them again unless I plan on washing them 5 or 6 times in a row to get rid of what they were soaked with at the factory.
