As I work on all cars I needed a complete kit that would fit classic American cars right through to new models. It is, and the parts are really good quality.

I have a 2000 Silverado and the overflow reservoir has a fill and pressure release in the lid. This pressure tester did not work for this application. During the day I work as a ventilation and air conditioning technician and at night as a gear specialist. I even tried taking it to a local workshop to see if they could get it to work but it didn't work on my truck. They tried it on a Honda that was there and everything worked fine.

There was an adapter I needed in this set. The instructions weren't very good at telling me which adapter to use, but finding the right one wasn't that hard. The first one I chose was spun but not tight enough to withstand the pressure. I then had to choose another one that fitted my bottle cap better and worked properly. I think this is a good set. Plastic caps are less likely to damage bottle threads than metal caps, and the hand pump worked properly. I haven't tested the rest, but this one…
