The two actuators are relatively easy to reach. Behind the glove box is the inside/outside air drive; to the left of the glove compartment is a warm/cold air drive for the front passenger; and deep under the driver's side dash is the driver's hot/cold air activator. Took me about 20 minutes from start to finish but I also did it 4 times on this 2008 Impala. I probably saved myself a few hundred in auto repair shop salaries. Installation can be a pain, especially if you have large hands. I have a finger grip drive that I used and it made this job a lot easier.
