🎮 Enhance Your Gaming Experience with adjustR Volume and Mic Mute Control for PS4 Review

How did I live without it for so long?! Quick access to the microphone and volume controls without interrupting the game as you can access these options from the game interface. We have told many other players about this device. I will probably order another one so I have one on each controller. Extremely comfortable.

What sucks about the PS4 controller is that there is no volume control like the old Xbox 360 headphones. any 3.5mm headphones. I also like that it follows the controller's curve pretty well and doesn't add any weight to the controller at all.

It's easy to mute the sound whenever I want because my new mic didn't have a mute switch. Unlike the mono headphone mic that came with my PS4, using the mute switch doesn't produce any sound that other people on the internet can hear (tested on PSN). The volume knob can sometimes get stuck after some time of use. I have to keep tuning it to hear the sound.

Mine came a little in the wrong direction, when connected to the controller it was not flush and was tilted to the side. Worked fine initially but after a few weeks it started interfering with my mic so I had to stop using it. The mute button and volume control worked as advertised, but two other issues rendered the product unusable, so I just threw it in the trash.

This product made me suspicious at first but after a while of use it turned out to be really good. As a joke, it does what it does and it hasn't broken yet for me, so it's pretty sturdy. The mute function works fine and the volume works, but I don't use it very often. This was a really good buy for me as I don't have headphones with a built in mic switch and it was a great replacement.

Too bad I can still recommend this add-on. We have owned several of these. The first came from a local game store. It worked as advertised and lasted for many years. Unfortunately, the latter are not so reliable. At first they worked fine. But after a week or two, they either stopped working, or in one case, the case literally fell apart. We managed to break down a few Frankensteins to make a work of it, but I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I'm using old Samsung headphones (can't find any headphones I like better!) but they don't have a mute function. This works perfectly as a solution for that. It is very easy and convenient to mute the sound very quickly and turn the game/music on or off very quickly when I want to hear my wife or child talk to me without removing the handset. I definitely recommend this item. It's not that convenient, and it seems like it's pretty easy, but it's not.

I have had this volume/mute device for a few months. I feel like I can give an honest review. I bought this because the headphones/mics that came with the PS4 are so tiny (and only fit in one ear). I used headphones for training but they don't have a mute button. And you know. Sometimes all you need is that mute button. I was thrilled when I found AdjustR. It seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. It even had a "bonus" volume control feature. The other player always messes up the headset…
