This is a very effective cleanser that gets the job done! The smell is wonderful right out of the bottle, it smells a bit like pineapple and papaya. It is a very gentle and natural scent that washes out with the rinse making it very comfortable. Liquid gel consistency, easy to use. I mix it with some water and apply it on my face. I don't have sensitive skin and have never had a problem with facial products. So I was surprised when this cleanser turned my face red and burned my skin. My beautician recommended it for my skin that has had hormonal breakouts from breastfeeding. scrubs. I don't know if that was an accurate statement but it definitely helped clear my skin a ton and it smells amazing. Tip: Wet your face first, use very little soap and lather in your hands first. then apply to face. It also moves things forward.
