Makes caulking a lot nicer

Although the price for 3 is a little high, they make caulking tight spots a breeze. Some sealing hoses that are difficult to remove for reuse but possible (a bit messy). I see that they are made of a different material to make them easier to reuse and if they need to be cleaned to use with a different color of sealant.

Just what I needed for sealing tight spaces with limited access

I really needed this product and wish I had found it years ago. Previously I had to apply the sealer to a finger or spatula and then try to get it where it needed to be. It was dirty and wasteful. With this product I can apply sealant exactly where it is needed. The only downside is that they are difficult to clean and leave a lot of sealant after use.

Cons
  • Good but not great

Great attachment for power and hand tools

I was very pleased with this product; very nicely designed, worked great. The nozzle fitted perfectly onto the pipe flange, which was also large enough to stay in place on the caulking gun. Once attached, you can still rotate it easily during use. (No Leaking) The nozzle is translucent so you can see the material. I ran 10 tubes of caulk through this nozzle, put it in a zippered bag, and then used it again a few hours later. It can be washed. I would recommend and buy again.

The Perfect Solution: Hand Tools

Good sealant where it should be. Unlike competing products, the wide base is in the caulking gun, so there is no risk of falling in the middle. I was able to rinse it out for reuse. I pinched a paper towel at the large end, which squeezed the sealant out of the cut end, and then pulled out the sealant as it was removed. I did this a couple of times and spilled some water. That would have been enough, but then I blew it out with compressed air because it was convenient. Not totally clean, but…

These nozzle extenders are great but expensive.

These seal tube extenders are great! They definitely make working in tight spots easier with the standard attachment. I only took off a star because of the price and they are not meant to be reused unless you really want to spend a lot of time cleaning them and getting rid of the sealer or sealant you used on them. In this case I used Lexel and if you've ever used it you know it's a mess even though it's a great sealant. They should actually be about half the price when each nozzle averages…

Surely there is something better

I have a very narrow area behind the sink, about 6 inches long. I thought this might be the answer but the bent end of the nozzle is too thick. It needs to be thinner to get into those tight spots. And it doesn't stay stuck on your cartridge. You have to hold and guide the tip with one hand while trying to get the sealant to flow with the other. I don't understand all the rave reviews about it because honestly I don't recommend it. I would recommend looking around and see if you can find…

Works but is a little pricey

These are great for those hard to reach places. I would give 5 stars but they are a little pricey and for that price I wish they were a little stronger. They're not much stronger than the regular white tips that come with some brands of 20 oz caulk (e.g. Hilti). I think they will break or snap the first time they fall on the top. We will see. I use mine in a 20oz sausage gun, just take the regular white tip I mentioned and cut it off completely at the bottom where it tapers and slip it over the

Worked great

I had a bottleneck that the latex sealant spout couldn't reach. I did a quick search and found three packs of "Albion Engineering 935-1 Angle Shot Green Plastic Nozzle for 1/10 Gallon Cartridges". I was a little confused by the 1/10 gallon thing. The caulk I used is for a small/regular caulking gun, not a large caulking gun, and said the tube holds 10.1 ounces, which is less than 1/10 gallon. Regardless, the product worked great. Albian Engineering's nozzle fits right over the caulking tube's…
