Waste of money

I missed the return window and wish I didn't have to. I've had more problems with this thread jamming my machine than any other thread I've used. I'll try to find an alternative use for the thread. But it sucks. Don't waste money.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some errors

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Unfortunately for my business, my seamstress used this yarn on day 31, so the return window is closed. Although ALL NUMBERS matched except the "Lot Number" threads, the PRODUCT turned out to be UNUSED! The thread is "lumpy" and has an uneven diameter. And not feeding properly. We have been using this particular yarn for many years and have never had a problem as it has always been a quality product. But these reels look like someone used the original empty skittles and then rolled in poor…

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Crumpled
