Description of 🎨 Angelus Brand Matte Finisher No. 620 Acrylic Leather Paint - 4oz

100% Acrylic. A simple product to seal in your leather artwork. Provides a matte top finish to smooth leather. Cleans up with soap and water but will not rub off, crack, peel or streak once dry. Great when used over different finishes where a uniform finish is desired. Applies simply with just a rag, sponge, wool, spray gun or brush.

A matte finish that doesn't give a matte finish!?

Okay, then what's the point of calling it matte when it adds shine to what you apply it to? I bought it thinking the finish would be matte as it says, but when I applied it was the complete opposite of a matte finish. I know the directions say to use a matte finish, but then again, why would you call it a matte finish if it's not matte? I just used this on a pair of Ultraboost and painted the Boost matte black. I applied this to the MATTE Black color to seal it and it made the MATTE Black color

Pros
  • Easy to apply with a rag, sponge, wool, spray gun or brush
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Great product, nothing better.

Angelus The matte finish is excellent and I have used it in the leather steering wheels of every car I have owned over the years. originally delivered with steering wheel. This is also very important! This bottle can put 2 coats on 10 square feet of leather, maybe more I think. I applied it with a paper towel and wiped it off. Note that it dries very quickly. So wipe it off with a wet damp cloth and then place it on a paper towel and let it dry. If you keep wiping and smoothing to get even…

Pros
  • Gives a matte finish to smooth leather
Cons
  • High price

Blistering, sticky after 5 days drying, bleeding Angelus Blue

Good. Pros Angelus Acrylic Sealant is cheap. In my opinion. Once dry (24 hours is allowed between thin coats) it has what appears to be a good protective barrier. minuses. Bubbles love your bubble bath cover and if you aren't careful and brush them slowly to pop them when dry they will leave tiny little whitish rings of bubbles. Small things have a big impact. It is NOT MATT. Not even close, it's very shiny and looks like shiny new plastic wrap. The big bummer is that it's tasteless in 4…
