🔦 Aquatic Intelligence AQI Kit Mount – Hydra26/52 Review

The quality is very good! It's almost entirely metal, the only part that isn't a clip which obviously shouldn't be metal. Bought it for the new Hydra 32hd and it fits. The only problem is that the cable doesn't fit in the slot because it's too thick. It ended with a zipper that tied it to the frame. It would look better in a niche but still great. Has lots of settings to get exactly what you want. Definitely recommend!

Not very impressive for $75. The seller worked well, the goods came faster than expected. Instructions are attached to the mount itself, but aren't very detailed. It has too many pieces to line up to make it straight. The video installation they show on YouTube has comments disabled and I kind of understand why. However, it is made of durable material. Installed on the borderless NUVO40. Pretty easy setup and very adjustable. Felt strong and secure with the Hydra52. Cable management was excellent. I also recommend buying an AI mounting bracket so you can get a power extension cord (no built in peak filter hanging over the tank). Hang a weight from the end of your arm and watch the fatigue build up in your arm. **Now look at this picture and notice the crappy C-Clamp with screws in the brackets at the top of the C-Clamp and nothing at the bottom for support?
