Unfortunately, after installing this item, unlocking does not work permanently. After manually unlocking the truck, the unlocking finally works, but only for a few minutes and then stops working again. The seller says to reprogram the remote controls. It didn't help.

for the price it's so good. I bought it for my isuzu dmax with central locking but no remote control. I installed it in my car and it took about an hour. The keychain is also of good quality. I took out the blank key and they modified my car's original key a bit and it works and looks fine.

Installation on Toyota Corolla 2018 L, the base model of this car for some reason doesn't have this function, maybe you need a professional to install it, and you can use the solenoid Install trunk yourself, it's not that hard. It works at a very good distance and is very easy to use. Very good product

Instructions are poorly written. I connected Red to + Black to - My system is a door lock activated (negative) installation. Then I had to - (ground) the two yellow (one with a black stripe) wires (from the top six) to get a signal from those six (they were white wires, one with a black stripe). An internet search turned up a lot of useless information. Hope that helps.

At least for the product I received, the instructions showed wires with the wrong color. Luckily it didn't even specify the color of the wires (no pink or purple or anything) and the product description or one of the reviews here had a picture of the correct instructions. Otherwise I'd have to research and figure out what each wire is. Once I had the right wires, installation was easy enough. The biggest challenge was just deciding where to hide the box itself and how to attach it.

I like the simple, clean design of the unit and the wiring was relatively easy to figure out, but I'm a professional mechanic with over 20 years of experience. As there is no manual included you will need to print out a copy of the schematic shown with the item description and then figure out how to connect the 6 unidentified wires not shown in the diagram.
