As long as they're great.

We don't leave them out in the weather so they come off the kayak trailer when we get home. As long as they're simple enough, even I can do it, and I've never been able to make ratchet straps. You are such a pain. They are much lighter on our kayaks and very easy to put on and take off.

Pros
  • 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Poor product on ratchet straps

I was a bit worried about what these straps are made of. I still don't know, but after holding the canoe on top of the car, a strap was cut in half. It was threaded through another strap, not sharp metal. I wouldn't trust that at all. Sent back for a refund. Don't use them for anything important!

Pros
  • Two sizes to choose from 1" x 12' or 1" x 16'
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

My problem with this strap was that the end went through the locking knot. I squeeze the lever very hard to get the end of the strap through. They seem strong enough, but I don't attach anything to the roof of my SUV. I use them to attach a portable refrigerator (BougeRV) to the back seat and a collapsible aluminum hand truck (Wesco 220646) (both products are excellent). To take it off I just have to undo the straps. I think I would go insane if I had to feed the ends every time. Like others, I
