WOW. It took me 2 months to figure it out but it's WRONG. My sister has these bath pillows in bed and more. Every time she came into town I always said I need one of those pillows. When I got mine I slept terribly, had the worst neck pain of my life etc. She came into town today and brought her two and they are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. The window was of course closed for my return, but it is NOT AUTHENTIC. So mad at that.

I have been using this pillow for more than 2 months. So far I like it very much. I don't understand the negative reviews on this pillow. The inflation instructions are clear and easy to understand. He recovers very quickly after a night's sleep, he's not flat at all. It's firm when I lay my head on it, but feels pliable and soft. I don't wake up with neck pain, which is very important to me. I also bought a body pillow. I would recommend this pillow.

We love these cushions! Last year we had gifts for our kids for Christmas and we had just upgraded to a king bed and needed new pillows. I ordered 2 king size pillows and we slept much better the last 2 nights. They are very flat when you take them out, but they swell up quickly. I will be ordering two more king sizes soon. Returned - this pillow has no stiffness. I let it fluff naturally and then put it in the dryer for a few minutes. It fluffed a lot in the dryer but didn't harden. I have been using bamboo pillows for many years and love them because I no longer need two pillows and they fit me perfectly. Not this one.
