They are great for home workouts and home relaxation. Comfortable and soft with good waist and leg support. A medium size fits me well (I usually wear a size 32). Please note that the pockets are very small and I wouldn't put my keys in them while walking. Good stretch so they don't restrict movement. I think it's too small for a gym.

Thought of trying a larger size just for the pockets but they look like it otherwise I might be able to handle it. I have a 33-34 waist and ordered XL (32-35 in waist).

These are good shorts. Very short with a 3" inseam. Haven't worn them anywhere. I usually wear the medium size but I bought the large and it fits just right. It's snug but doesn't pinch. They have a stretch. The pockets are almost useless maybe you can hold a key in it but not a phone unless you have a small clamshell phone I like them enough not to complain but probably won't buy them again.
