I bought this to support my elbow while crocheting. I'm sitting at the end of it, it's perfect. This is the perfect size and fits your side. I suppose you could even use it to support your shoulder if you need it. It also works as intended as a hip brace between the knees. The fabric is comfortable. It is also enclosed in another layer on the inside. It's a stiffer memory foam so it doesn't go completely flat under weight.

I'm in love with this pillow, it helps my hips at night when they don't hurt and my back doesn't hurt in the morning either. I love that there is a removable and washable cover that you can easily zip off. It also has a strap that is very stretchy. So if you have fat hips or legs, it can stretch quite far to put it on your leg when you want to use it. This pillow has become indispensable for me at night.

I've only been using this product for a week so far. Up to this point I've been using a flat throw pillow so it seemed to elevate my legs a bit. It took a few days to get used to, but now I really like it. I especially like the elastic handle that keeps the pillow in place when tossed and flipped. (a feature I honestly thought was pointless when reviewing the product). It's really soft and looks well made. I am happy with my purchase so far.
