This is a well made mattress topper with simple but effective elastic bands at the corners. I use it to cover a 4 inch latex mattress topper so I don't have to lift a heavy mattress to remove an old mattress topper with deep pockets. It's perfect for my queen. I've reached the age where it's too difficult to lift the mattress so the sheets fit snugly and the hospital corners to fold and tuck away. This solves the problem.
