These things are like an updated yellow halogen. It's a bit strange to see a yellow LED as it looks more modern but still vintage and original. This is not a soft glow like a halogen, but a bright yellow light. It's hard to describe. But it makes your car look more modern while keeping the original yellow aesthetic. They may not be the brightest, but for me that wasn't the purpose of their purchase. Recommended if you like that old yellow look.

I love their yellow colour. In my car, the lamp serves both as a daytime running light (DRL) and as a high beam. They are only dimmed for the DRL function, which some LEDs don't work for. They actually work, they dim when the DRLs are on but still get bright when I turn on the high beams. It was a pleasant surprise. I installed these on a 2012 Subaru Impreza to replace the factory halogen bulbs. Doesn't matter! They emit a nice yellow light that is bright but not blinding and works well in thick fog. I used these to upgrade the fog lights on my 2019 Outback. This car came with halogen bulbs and I have already replaced the low beams with bright white LEDs. In comparison, halogen fog lights looked boring. Upgrading the fog lights to LED is a big improvement. They are very easy to install (watch YouTube tutorial videos for your specific make and model).
