Terrible customer service

Terrible product. Terrible customer service. I have never faced many problems in my life. DO NOT BUY this product. He has my new one carpet ruined.

Do it with the hose first

Before use, wrap the hose several times with thin flexible tape (heavier tape will make bending more difficult). Be sure to sew at the beginning and end. I hope this prevents the hose from breaking in the first month as many say. Just take a look. I will keep you up-to-date. :)

Will not remove stains

Tried on all types of stains (marker, juice, coffee) on all types of surfaces (linen, carpet) and it didn't work one Remove stain from any of them. The "dirty water" side was certainly dirty, but not a single spot was weathered as shown in the photo. And that was after applying the treatment and exfoliating for about 10 minutes. Don't waste your money. *To update*. I just got the "Boost" solution in the mail and tried again for the third time. All stains STILL. I even tried letting the solution
