We've had a few wipers that fell apart too soon after daily use. This scraper is expensive but seems like it will last long enough to be worth the investment. Plus, the one-piece construction means there are no crevices to get dirty and unsightly. I hope I'm right.

I guess it's my fault I didn't realize the wiper was silicone but I just couldn't imagine that for $29 I could get silicone and not metal would. Second, the color isn't black, it's dark gray, which doesn't even come close to matching my matte black plumbing. On top of that, this item is non-refundable, so I'm sticking with it. I like the mop because it does exactly what it is supposed to do. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to make the included accessory that allows the mop to hang from the shower glass "wider". Modern showers in the US have thicker shower door glass and the accessories are too narrow to fit over the edge of the shower glass. Despite this suggestion, I love the scrubber and will be buying a second one for another shower in my house.
