Description of πŸ”§ Effortless Brush Cleaning with Bob Ross R6520 Brush Cleaning Screen

Brushes can be 'scrubbed' back and forth in a brush bath to remove and prevent deeply imbedded paint build up. Remember, clean brushes last longer. Vinyl coating is impervious to thinner yet protects brushes. Made according to precise specifications for Bob Ross's wet-on-wet technique, so as to achieve superb predictable results. Best way to clean brushes thoroughly

LOVE this item

LOVE this item. I threw it in a standard bucket and it saved me so much money on paint thinner because it gets the oil paint off my brushes really well when I drag the bristles across the rust. The sediment falls under the grate and I was able to use the same solvent at least 3 or 4 times before throwing it away and using a new solvent.

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • crumpled

than the Bob Ross cleaning system used to be. The metal construction is much thinner, I suspect if I drop one on the floor it will likely bend. I have 3 of the purchases I made from Hobby Lobby maybe 3 years ago but they are sold from that line, at least I can never get them from my local HL again. I'm not sure who changed the products with their name, but I think they do Bob Ross and a BIG disservice.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

It cleans brushes very well

Throw this strainer in thinner, mineral spirits or water, brush over it and the brush is clean. If you have a large, thick brush, such as For example, the Alexander Art 4-inch brush takes a little longer to move it back and forth across the screen. While the screen works well, finding a container to put the screen in is a problem. I finally found a plastic container at Home Depot that works. The gallon paint cans are too big and the very light screen moves when you try to clean the brush. As…
