Very poor customer support

Very poor customer support and every time you contact the seller or the company it turns out that nobody knows how the product works and the product has two models or serial numbers.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • For retirees

Multi-OEM capability, dealer spec, aftermarket

I've used it on Chrysler/FCA and GM/AC Delco and it still works great. Similar to the GM MDI block but allows for programming by multiple OEMs. - Serviceman

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

My $1700 MasterTech II didn't have two wireless USB ports. I also tried registering it and the website says I need a service account but I can't create one. I called tech support (Robinair) and was transferred 3 times by phone within 30 minutes. Still not registered. Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Reliability

If you were going to buy additional software, it would probably be better to buy it with the laptop and software that is already there. The manufacturer's…
