Great printer for PCO check in

We bought three of these printers to work with the PCO check in system. We've been using them for almost 6 months. The only issue we had was that one of the printers had an unstable Wi-Fi connection. There is no way to connect a printer directly, so make sure you have good access points near the printer. Pros: - Easy setup on a MacBook with Brother driver - Easy connection to the Planning Center online registration application - Quality design - Fast printing - Automatically cuts - Large power…

Excellent workmanship, huge SICK to install

When it works it works GREAT but takes a lot of effort to install with conflicting instructions. Tech support is patchy, from techs who REALLY know their stuff to total jerks who contradict each other (You can tell I've contacted tech support A LOT. Installation comes with a utility called P (something) Editor which should install your label sizes. Mostly so The editor sets label sizes that conflict with the printer and CANNOT be changed! In fact the editor has a drop down box that lists label…

Fantastic when it works

I've had it for a few months now. I wanted a good wireless printer to print my occasional labels without having to set up my regular printer every time. If this thing works, it's exactly what I wanted. I run the application, create a label and print one or the other that I need. The problem is that half the time I get a communication error. I called tech support, waited a long time for them and they told me the best way to configure the driver. That was excellent. It worked again that day. In…

Fast label printing on printers and accessories

I use this printer for personal use at home. It was pretty easy to set up the printer and connect it to my Wi-Fi network. At first I had to connect it to my computer using the USB cable that came with it, but once it was unplugged the wireless functions worked just fine. Labels are easy to load and paper is not wasted when loaded correctly. The printer is very fast and the print quality is excellent. The auto cutter is fast, but the label ejects with some "force" so that if you place the…
