The threads on the male end were not clearly separated and were not threaded into the faucet. That was a bummer as I was 30 miles from the nearest place to get a replacement (after the RV was already set up). The second hose had two kinks after one use.

I bought this hose to fill 55 gallon water storage drums. The product description doesn't say the end of the hose screws onto a bib. The Valve It's actually made out of very crappy plastic, so if you don't get the angle perfect the threads on this hose will strip and it will quickly become unusable. I urge anyone thinking of buying this product I have used it twice before I had to throw it away. It's a waste of money.

The female fitting was completely missing and the male fitting was not crimped (permanently secured) to the hose. The quality of the hose itself seems satisfactory, but the condition and quality of the fittings are absolutely unacceptable. This hose was cheap and I only use it as the drain hose for my dehumidifier so I don't really need to use a male end fitting. I didn't want to mess with the return so I already had a female hose fitting that I could clip onto the hose and secure permanently…
